To help you save even further, our local company is proud to offer our Loyalty Maintenance Programs. Sign up for either our One Visit/Year or Two Visits/Year plan to reap the rewards of maintenance while you also enjoy other exclusive member benefits. The agreements are inflation-proof, so the amount you pay during your first year will remain the same in the coming years as long as you stay as a member. We also automatically renew your plan every year for your convenience, but you can also cancel the agreement at any time.

What Our Maintenance Program Entails

With our Loyalty Maintenance Programs, we give you more bang for your buck. Depending on the number of visits you require, we show up either before summer or winter or both for your free comprehensive HVAC system maintenance. We will even send you reminders when it’s time to schedule your tune-up appointment for the year, so you won’t miss a service.

Our Loyalty Maintenance Programs also include:

  • Preferred technician for tune-ups and service calls
  • Priority response time for service calls
  • 15% discount on our Transparent Flat-Rate Repair Pricing
  • A discounted service charge of $99 for non-PM repair issues
  • 5% discount on any system change-outs
  • $100 annual credit allowance towards systems change-outs and ductwork for each membership year
  • $100 credit allowance towards system change-outs for each customer referral

Service Tune-Up Checklist

At All Temperatures Controlled, we have our Pre-Summer Tune-Up for air conditioning systems and Pre-Winter Tune-Ups for heating systems. Rest assured we always perform our Woodland Hills HVAC maintenance services thoroughly and correctly.

Here’s the checklist for our Pre-Summer Tune-Up:

  • Check operation and calibration of the thermostat
  • Check, replace or clean the air filter
  • Clear out drain lines
  • Inspect all electrical wiring and connections
  • Clear and tighten all electrical connections
  • Check proper amperage and voltage of blower motor
  • Check for appropriate refrigerant levels
  • Verify that contactors are clean and there are no signs of burning or pitting
  • Inspect and test for health capacitor readings
  • Verify proper insulation on refrigerant line sets
  • Inspect the condition of the outside condenser coil
  • Inspect the condition of the indoor evaporator coil
  • Wash the condenser coil if needed
  • Inspect ductwork and proper airflow
  • Measure the supply/return temperature differential for correct temperature split

For our Pre-Winter Tune-Up, our checklist includes:

  • Check operation and calibration of the thermostat
  • Check, replace or clean the air filter
  • Clear out drain lines
  • Inspect all electrical wiring and connections
  • Clear and tighten all electrical connections
  • Check proper amperage and voltage of blower motor
  • Dust off and clean the blower motor
  • Check for appropriate refrigerant levels (if heat pump)
  • Inspect ductwork and proper airflow
  • Measure the supply/return temperature differential for correct temperature split
  • Inspect heat exchanger
  • Check for irregular or uneven flames for signs of dirty burners or adjustments

Once you’ve decided which detailed service you prefer, we will ask for your billing contact information and your signature. We will then send you a copy of the signed agreement on your email. To begin the program, you need to pay for the first installment using cash, card, or other payment methods. Our system will conveniently and automatically bill that payment method monthly and will provide you with an invoice and payment confirmation each month or year.

Our maintenance agreement automatically renews every year. If you wish to cancel your membership after maintenance has been performed but before completing a full year, we will invoice you the pro-rated remainder of your plan.
